Lazarus Asset Management Ltd (BJK894) holds a License under the Securities and Futures Ordinance from
the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong to carry out regulated activities in Fund Management
(Type 9) for professional investors.

LAM manages discretionary portfolios and Offshore Funds under a Cayman Island Structure being Atlantic Partners.

Atlantic Partners SPC Limited (the Fund) was incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company under the Companies Law (as amended) of the Cayman Islands (the Companies Law). The Fund has registered as a Segregated Portfolio Company pursuant to the Companies Law.

LAM’s Investment Management philosophy is based upon predefined investment parameters provided by associated partners such as investment objective(s), risk tolerance, investment constraint(s), liquidity concerns.

LAM will also act in the capacity of investment advisor for the clients and investors.

For discretionary account clients, each client will open an account at a pre-approved nominated custodial/brokerage firm of their choosing. All physical assets will be held with custodians of these custodial/brokerage firms.

Our investment objective of achieving medium to long term capital appreciation is based on appropriate use of macro investment strategies.

LAM believes this style of management mitigates macro risk more effectively compared with non-diversified asset classes or standard long-only investment strategies.
